My wife and I recently closed on our dream condo in down town San Diego and couldn't have had a better experience thanks to George Bukes. We are first time home buyers in this crazy market and had no idea what to expect in the beginning of the process. George was able to break down all of the necessary steps, what they meant, and how to be most competitive in the process. He is extremely savvy and understands what the market is expecting out of buyers. We lucked out big time when we ran across George. After looking at a number of properties with a number of random agents, we met George on a scheduled tour of a condo in the downtown San Diego area. George was very knowledgeable right off the bat, and although we weren't all that into the condo we saw with him, we scheduled several more showings with George at another complex and ultimately ended up making an accepted offer and closing escrow. George was spot on with all of his recommendations, extremely professional, worked with our lender flawlessly and was always a call, text or e-mail away. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and as our buyer agent, he plotted our way through the buying process with great care, finesse, and a little strategy as needed. All I can say is if you’re looking to buy or sell a home you should look no further than George Bukes. My father And I used him in the past. Immediately you feel the warmth from George. His skills are like no other ! He’s a very busy man but he makes you feel like you are his only client. So when my father passed away it was only fitting that George would sell his house. My father truly adored him. It was the easiest transaction and flawless. In today’s society it’s very hard to trust someone . I can honestly say that George is full of integrity, knowledge, kindness and will stop at nothing till he finds you the home of your dreams or sells your existing one. I highly recommend him.

Bought a home in 2023.

George was the best agent we have ever used. He was knowledgeable, trust worthy and knew his stuff. This is the sixth house we have bought in our lifetime and hopefully the last, he was the best! We have a special circumstance with a daughter in a wheelchair. The third house we looked at with George was perfect. He worked his magic and we now own that home. I highly recommend him.
